I realize that my new car had parts that were not available and in stock but my service advisor only responded to my emails inquiring about the status of my car not proactively informing me with periodic updates. My service provider was rarely on-site when I switched my loaner car the various times I was at the dealership. My second loaner car was not registered in my name and the office had to contact me to verify what loaner car I was driving around in. The service department seams disjointed. In the end, My car was beautifully detailed and runs well. My dissatisfaction is with the service team inside the office.

I'm very happy how Mercedes Benz of Marin is taking care of my ML350 and specially with the service provided by Eliseo Estrada.

I dropped off the car at 11:30, was told I would hear about what's wrong with itnin 2 hours, I called at 5pm because I have not heard from anyone, was initially told that they would call me the next morning (did not have a loaner car), then after a second call was told the car was ready and that a shuttle will be picking me up in 10 minutes (my office is 5 min away from the dealership), 25 minutes later I called because no one showed up and was told a shuttle will be there in 30 minutes. I ended up having a friend drive me to the dealership.
I appreciate Eliseo going the extra mile to make sure I understood everything and was completely satisfied. I value good customer service and Eliseo delivered. I will be back!
