I brought the car in to have cosmetic wheel repair on one wheel. Your supplier did an excellent job of repair, but when I took delivery the wheel itself had not been cleaned, and the tire was dirty and not dressed, in contrast to the other three road wheels/tires on my car. I expected far more attention to delivery quality.

Mary seemed very annoyed by my last minute appointment. She was rude and dismissive when I brought my car in for a new tire. She told me it would take 1 hour to check on the tires in stock to see if my specific size was available. I also asked her for a price on a headlight assembly and she told me I needed body work, so she didn’t see why I needed the info. Overall, a disappointing experience

Satisfied: the service you provided for E300 was excellent. Customer service, Mary Dullea, was and is always serving the best. I have more complimants than complaint about her personally and her service. Unsatisfied: the problem with the GL was not solved yet. The check engine sign is still on. And it is contantly on now, unlike previous was on and off. The tech changed the nox in the last service. But the problem still persists. I have to call and bring the car back to check
