Jourdan did a fantastic job, the person who supposed to schedule my lo jack installation screwed up royally.
Now I have to come back in two weeks again, not happy.
Eliseo is awesome. He always answers my questions no matter how silly or uninformed. He keeps me updated on the progress of my repairs and always offers great advice about maintaining my Mercedes.
