Mary was very helpful and gracious. Even in light of the fact that an employee caused a collision with my car requiring body repair! It was a very awkward situation for Mary and she handled it well.

Sexist. How not to do customer Service was this guy. Just because a man is sitting next to me doesn't mean he should speak to that man about my vehicle, when I was the only one In the vehicle when I drove in, and my name is the one on the car and account. The worst thing is a service professional looking at someone else altogether. I had to actually stop him and say "excuse me, I'm right here" because he wasn't even looking at me or speaking to me!! At all! In 2017, Marin County, you would think that any professional would know to look at the Person who actually owns the damn car - whether male, female, or anything in between. I would expect this at a Ford or Chevy dealer in Ohio or out in the countryside...Not at M-Benz of Marin. Someone please correct this kid, for everyone's sake.
