I was disappointed because I specifically told Thomas about a scratched in the left side of the car near the rear light. Guess what it was still there when I picked up the car and he told me it can not be done,why? It was just something superficial of course it has to be remove very careful. Well I am glad it was not a very big deal. Otherwise no problem. Ana Q
