Thomas was professional, courteous, listened to my problems and above all had fixed everything. He also went above and beyond and "touched " up a scratch. He also informed me of car dents repair in the future. He's definitely a service technician I would ask for!

Mary is terrific but the mechanics didn’t replace my left rear signal light bulb as I requested. I was charged for it but don’t know what they did replace. Soon as I turned the engine on to pick up my ca the warning message appeared in my dash. I haven’t mentioned this to Mary yet.

I have not seen or heard from Elisio so I can not rate his capabilities. I was latedropping off my car because of traffic on the appointed day, so Elisio was in a meeting. The other service people were terrific, taking my car in and setting me up with a loaner. I was told twice that Elisio would call me later. I never heard from him. I called Friday morning(the next day) to speak to him and he was not available. I asked the lady on the phone if she knew if my car would be ready on Saturday so I could pick it up. She had no idea but said I would be contacted. I received a text mid-day today thanking me for leaving my car with you for servicing, but not saying it is ready. Then I receive this text wanting to rate my experience with Elisio. I have had no interaction with Elisio so I can not rate him, and I do not know if my care is repaired and ready for pick up. I will call in Dumday and hope service is open and if my car is ready hope to pick it up. Other wise, I will have to wait until Wednesday to pick up my care because I live an hour away and work. I can only say the people who helped my on Thursday with the drop off were great.
