Very knowledgeable about the repair. His tech background is a great asset. He explained everything very clearly and took pictures for me since I was interested in the work. He was also great in the concierge role making the arrangements and keeping me informed. This was a large repair.

Before service my car was not leaning towards one side, my stearing wheel was not tight, there was no problem in raising my car. WAS SHOCKED , VERY UNHAPPY TO DRIVE MY CAR IN A DIFFERENT CONDITION THAT WAS HANDED BEFORE SERVICE. I DONOT WHAT HAPPENED DURING DURING THIS PERTICULAR SERVICE , WILL APPRECIATE IF U CAN INVESTIGATE AND FIX MY CAR TO PRESERVICE CONDITION. ALSO NEVER HAS MASSAGE THAT TAKE CAR TO SHOP. AWEFULL AND UNPLEASANT!!
