My car was not ready the same day. When I picked it up the next day, it had only been partially cleaned - was dirty for the most part. Steven called me to apologize and arranged for a free detail service the next time I come in. While I appreciate his follow up, it is an inconvenience to bring my car into the dealership.

In a difficult situation, Mary was responsive, calming, assuring and in all ways professional. She took the organizational **** away and took care of all the coordination of the unusual circumstances that needed to be dealt with.
