My issue is the lack of interest of the advisor to explain what's included in Service A. When I asked if the tires were rotated she had no idea. When I requested, I wanted the tires rotated she seemed annoyed. When I paid the $39.95 for the tire rotation, the printer was not working. I was expecting a pleasant environment but I felt I was not welcomed.
