Noah was fine. But I had the car delivered late Saturday after diagnosing the problem and ensuring you had the part in stock. The mechanics were not able to work on my car until Wednesday afternoon. It was available to pick up mid day Thursday. All of this for a brake light switch and front discs and pads. RAB used to be very fast which justified premium prices. This no longer appears to be the case.

I survey is just fine, but follow questions is a bit overdone. MB would have received my feedback if I was unsatisfied. MB of Marin understands customer service, however paying Fastrak tolls on loaner vehicles has caused several foll chargers that I was not the driver of loaner. Simply paid to avoid Fastrak from sending me to collections. Just charger the user of your loaner a small fee to cover usage. Keep up the good work MB! All smiles on this family when we drive 1 of our 3 MB vehicles. Thanks for keeping them running at an optimum.

Had to wait on hold too long before someone answered the phone to schedule my appointment. There were no available appointments w/loaner for a week and a half. My experience at BMW in both these areas has been much better.

Thomas Armitage did a fabulous job. In every parameter he exceeded my expectations. This also makes Mercedes-Benz of Marin look extremely good. As a person who has owned this brand for most of my life I am happy to see the momentum of the acceleration of their technology is increasing.

It’s fine. Angelo is great. I think it was just a busy time on a Friday and we fell thru the cracks a bit. Service took longer then we had expected, there was some miscommunication, etc. Could have been worse. Thnx.
