Eliseo provided this service since my car was not ready in time when I had a huge service. He had my car detailed as a way for Mercedes to say they apologized for my inconvenience. Everyone was very helpful and it was a gracious gesture.

It took a while to repair my car, fortunately I was not left without transportation they provided me with a top model Mercedes Benz E 300 Class quite AWESOME to say the least ! Tony is a very friendly and knowledgeable service person. However, I was disappointed with the length of time the service took, a slight mistake in the billing, and the expense being far more than I was thinking it would be.
