Your shop provides excellent service. Angelo is very responsive while very busy. The detail team did an excellent job.
When I dropped of my car, I had to wait 15 minutes before being seen and then another 25 for a loaner car. The story gets better. Upon pick up, I paid for the car, was told to go outside and wait a few minutes while they brought it out. I waited 40 minutes and the car never came. I went back in and the girl helping me radioed to the people in the back and I heard them over the radio say that they lost my car. They tried for another 20 minutes to find it, but couldn’t. I had to have one of the guys go with me where we looked at all the cars outside to find me. The funny thing was that my car was right there...easy to find.
I hope this isn’t your standard practice. Makes me think I should have gotten another Lexus instead of a new Mercedes. My experience was horrible and I find your service team not very professional. Who loses a car??
Steve was great. My car was at the shop for several days , which was needed for the type of service. My point is that when I walked in the door, Steve remembered my name. Very impressed with him!
Being told it’d take 10-15 minutes to bring my car up, after paying for the service seems unnecessarily long. But I waited 30, then walked back inside to find out why the long wait. Gage called to find out, while on the phone said “they found it but it’s dirty” and asked i I wanted to wait for them to clean it or not. I said no I was late already and needed it now. He said they’ll bring it right up. 18 more minutes went by before I had my car. Meanwhile, at least a dozen people who came for their cars after I came in for mine had long driven off with theirs.
Not sure what the issues where but this was a sub-par experience to say the least.

Tony is a true asset to MB of Marin! Great attitude and always wearing a smile. Excellent customer service. And if for some reason, it is too busy, Tony will appoint someone else to assist me stay on schedule. The only criticism I do have is that my loaner wasn’t ready in a timely fashion. This last service that I had, I had to wait for a loaner to be ready even though I scheduled my appointment requesting a loaner. It wasn’t a terrible wait but did set me back a little with my day. All in all, I remain a satisfied customer.
Check-in and check-out took much longer than expected. Gage was helpful in speeding up the process on my check-out. Thank you Gage!

Very poor communication and responsiveness
The insurance payment process via AAA was more difficult than it should have been given the resistance of MB Marin staff to the established procedures that had been performed many times prior to my request.
