In my opinion, Thomas offers the epitome of excellent customer service: he's really smart, knowledgeable, intellectually curious and super personable - with a great sense of humor! I asked Thomas if I needed to put hydrogenated air in my tires, as a service station "mechanic" had advised. When I told Thomas I bought my car in Tucson, AZ, he immediately said that cars sold in Tucson are equipped with hydrogenated air filled tires due to Tucson's extreme heat! Thomas is my new "go to person" for all of my car related questions! He's the best!
Steven Drew is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Steven gave me a quick and efficient snapshot overview of what was done on the car and what the recommendations were going to be. Stevens interaction with me was down to earth, honest, and felt very trustworthy. This was the first time I have taken my car into MB of Marin and to be quite honest I was nervous about how much everything was going to cost. The way Steven explained cost to me was very precise and ended up costing less than I thought it would so I booked my next appointment right there on the spot. I used to be a concierge in a previous career so I understand white glove service, that being said I absolutely hope that Steven is recognized and receives accolades for the work he is doing. Like I said, this was my first official experience at MB of Marin and because of Steven it looks like MB of Marin will be my top choice moving forward. Thank you Steven! Driving a Mercedes was always a lifetime dream of mine so now that I’ve had my first Mercedes for just over a year and a half now it’s a giant relief to know that it’s in safe hands. The S500 is an old car. I need the dealers work done on the car. That way I know it's done correctly. I trust the dealer because I worked there when I was a kid. Plus it's a Benz. Angelo is a good service agent keep him working. I'm happy thanks

Vehicle was there for a week even though the advisor said it would be ready in 3 days. Called ahead as per instructions so car could be washed and ready. Car not washed and after waiting it was just rinsed off. Not impressed.
