Eliseo is awesome! I would not want to go to any other advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable about AMGs. He is also very professional and cares about our specific needs, so we feel very well taken care of every time we have Eliseo as our advisor. We had another advisor once and felt he let the ball drop in several ways. So now, I specifically ask for Eliseo.

My wife picked up the car. On the drive home the tire pressure alarm went off and 3 of the 4 tires were not at the correct pressure. She had to turn back to the dealership and spend another 30 minutes waiting for the tires to be properly inflated. This makes me question the service department’s quality process as tire pressure seems like such a basic item.

It took them 45 minutes to find my car and also could not find my key, which presumably is permanently lost. Fortunately I had a spare with me and could drive home. So far, not impressed with the dealership, especially compared to the service we received in Walnut Creek, which has been outstanding.
