I waited a long time doing the drop off and car came back not clean at all on the inside and just an ok wash of the outside. They also initially did not provide a comparable size car even though I waited longer for an appt because I needed an SUV as a loaner car.
Angelo has been my service guy for a long time. He is professional, knowledgable, efficient and everything you’d want and I’ve come to expect from Mercedes!

For the first time I felt like I wasn’t getting a fair deal. Then I waited outside for a long time (20 min) with 3 others also waiting for their car to be brought out. Finally when it arrived the a/c was blasting, (even though I was told it would be kept inside it clearly was baking in the sun all day) but he temp set to the hottest level and the worst part was that for some reason the parking light was left on and I say light because the other light isn’t working. I didn’t realize they left the parking light on until midnight or so when I noticed a glow coming from my carport, I hope the battery isn’t dead. And $1800 dollars later I need to bring it in again to fix the passenger side parking light. It’s frustrating!!!
