I was very satisfied with JASON’S professionalism after the POOR service that I was given. He did his best to accommodate me and for that I was thankful. As for the rest of the team the lack of communication caused yet another horrible experience for me. Maybe you can use the service that I received as a case study of how the lack of communication between employees caused such a bad experience for the customer. AND DO BETTER!

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. Mark was detained by another client for nearly 30 min delaying my appointment. Additionally there we no loaner cars so I had to go to Enterprise (after specifically selecting a day when one was supposed to be available). All of this is understandable but it made me late for my meeting with my clients. There were apologies but that didn’t change that I was late. Mark comped my detail which I appreciate however, I am now missing my suction cup Phone mount. This is the first time in 15 years of servicing my cars with you that I have had these kind of issues.
