When I scheduled my service I was told it was a “big” service & the estimate was $499. When I came in I was told this same “big” service would be $1300+. I only left imy car because I had already made time in my schedule & had waited. It was not thd service advisor’s fault (he was apologetic & offered an explanation) but I felt manipulated by the circumstances such that I will be looking elsewhere for service options.

Good customer service, but sloppy mechanics. Leak problem showed up after service and was only fixed after 2 attempts. However, Mark Greenblatt and Robert Kane did their utmost to het the problem fixed expeditiously and were highly professional. They were great. We were completely happy with their service, but not with the actual car service/repair work. The driver who brought the loaner slso turned out to act a bit rude.

Service rep was outstanding! He handled me very well considering how upset I was at losing our house to the Carr fire last week. The repair was solid. We drive back to Redding with temp varying little from 173 to 209 max. Scott B

Steven Drew did a good job. The only problem I experienced was that the overall time to check in and leave was too long - 35 minutes, Considering I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead, and arrived on time for my appointment at 7:30 am. Steven helped me get out faster by going to get my loaner for me, but the overall time was too long. I think your goal should be 20 minutes. Thanks.

The service personnel are wonderful. Always have a great experience. They are Polite and willing to help ! The only problem is when I call and ask for Loaner the reps is rather snotty... someone should teach HeR customers Service skills!
