My appointment, made electronically, was not captured. Y your system. As a result, no appointment was found on my arrival, and my temper was starting to rise. However, your receptionist arranged with one of the service technicians to undertake the minor servicing while I waited, an even better solution than my scheduled appointment; that saved the day!
