Lack of communication! This dealership is lacking stuff and unable to communicate with customers. They clearly need training in customer service and responsiveness. Not returning with my AMG wagon! Adios Mercedes Benz of Marin!

Steve was very personable and friendly. He explained what was being done and why it was so expensive. He even looked up next year's cost and what would be done then. I was disappointed to learn that Mary had retired. He assured me that he would take care of me and my car in the future as Mary had. I will really miss Mary. She was always there for us for many years.
Tony is consistently excellent.
Noah resolved my requests and treated me kindly, which I appreciated. She also kept me updated about service progress, which didn't happen sometimes when I dealt with other service consultants in the past. And she's beautiful to boot, which yeah... doesn't really apply here but just had to say it.
