Only small issue was that when I arrived to pick up my car, it was blocked for awhile by another car parked in front of it (there seemed to be some problem finding the keys to move that car), which delayed my departure for home. Other than that, I liked Eliseo very much (and don’t think he was aware of nor responsible for the parking lot snafu).

Your service department is advance and match with the brand yet my experience with Angelo Gomez is great. I have told him car industry should colonize him to have more of him!! I hope your sales department get rid of couple managers and update their quality and class so it matches with brand as well....
