Our car was not ready for us as promised. We did not receive adequate notice that it would not be ready, and made an unnecessary trip to pick it up, driving from our home in Sonoma, about 30 miles.

Was disappointed that when I initially called for the service apt the person I spoke w said they could do everything I asked. Then when I brought the car in I was advised that they wouldn’t remove the letters off the back of the car as requested. When I was given back my car there was still plastic on my seat.
