The problem was not fixed. I am angry that you had my car for an entire week and the very issue was not properly addressed by Mercedes.
I will be writing a formal letter of complaint and phoning service on Monday.
I had a flat tire on Thursday, 2/23. When triple A arrived we discovered no spare tire in the well. Quite disturbed I had been driving my 2016 350 wagon for two years without a spare tire! Also was kept waiting 2 hours before the Mercedes service driver arrived to tow my car to Mercedes.

Traci was great with her communication and getting me in quickly as my airbag warning light was on. She was able to arrange for a car which I needed for my business while mine was being serviced. As a new Mercedes owner I wasn’t sure what the service would be like and she made sure I was well cared for. Highly recommend her.

If Noah is my representative, I don't expect her to call me since, other than the auto-generated email, I never once received a contact from her in the 12 days my car was at your shop. And, that 12 day visit was for very minor service on a Certified car you had just sold me 2 weeks before.
He was professional and took time to explain
