My service advisor, Anthony, was a little bit rude when I was communicating with my husband, trying to decide whether or not to replace my rear tires immediately or to wait until he got back next week. All he had told me is that the tread was close to 3 millimeters. That means nothing to me, but my husband, who is the technical director for a race car team, was concerned that I shouldn’t wait, so I was sending him a photo of the tread and I asked how long it would take to replace the tires since rush hour was approaching. Anthony said he had no idea how long it would take, and kept saying “this is why I called” in a mocking tone. He gave me no indication if it was unsafe to drive or if the suggestion was to replace them sometime soon. I don’t mind that he didn’t have advice for me, but his time was out of line when I was trying to figure it out. I’ve worked with Sarah in Santa Rosa for years, who is just fabulous, and I’ll be going back there next time.

Took too long In addition the team pointed out that our wheels were out of alignment— if that was the case why didn’t you point that out to us on our last check up. We will probably not use your service department again.

There probably is nothing that can be done.my dissatisfaction has nothing to do with my service representative. I just think it is ridiculous that I have to drive a car whose brakes squeak in reverse. It's embarrassing considering this is a Mercedes and ridiculous that Mercedes cannot fix this problem. I have three years to listen to the squeaks.
