I brought my new car in for a recall service item. When I picked it up later the same day my left front bumper was badly scratched. I brought it to Angelo’s attention and he immediately took photos and reported the incident. I brought the car back to have the damage repaired and all is good now. Angelo took good care of me.
Mark is the best!!! He is fast, efficient, and has a wonderful, cordial way about him. It is always a pleasure to be in his capable hands.

Took over a week no revolution to problem and it felt like the service person kept making this into a 3rd party problem....no it’s a Mercedes issue
Actually had ME call the Mercedes service line???...why a solution was not provided??? If it was my business I would be proactively waiving the charges and doing something ???....no sense of ownership no sense of we’re sorry ....all in all thought I would get a better experience from Mercedes...feel free to call ****-****-xxxx if you would like to discuss

I'm happy with the service completed on my car. Angelo is very personable and he actively listens to his customer. So thank you for all that. My car is super great overall. I think my issue is that when it came time to pick up my car and as I am returning the loaner (which was a super nice looking 2019 E350 by the way) communication and the pace kinda breaks down at this point. Angelo didn't know I was back. And I waited for almost an hour until I flagged somebody down and then I paid the bill and only then did Angelo come out. IDK maybe it's because of the construction going on over there but if I get a call saying my car's ready then I hope to be able to get my car back instantaneously and be on my merry way.so that part needs improvement or more communication. But wait, there's MORE. Another thing happened to me... So when I drove off in my car and I've crossed the Richmond Bridge and I'm going to pick up something to eat at my favorite store in El Cerrito, I get a call from Alex and she tells me the key I have on me is not mine and if I could drive back over to the dealership and switch keys. Apparently the engine was running when I hopped in my car to leave and Angelo handed me another customer's key I suppose. So I make a U turn (I know not to shut the engine or else I won't be able to start the car again) and I head back to MBZ Marin. Then I get a call from Angelo while driving and he offers to have an Uber bring my key to me at my house. OK. That's better I said to myself. I don't want to have to cross the bridge again. The only hassle was that I didn't get a chance to eat what I wanted to eat from my favorite store because I had to be home in time for the Uber. So I drive home. Angelo calls me at home to arrange for me to request for the 2nd Uber to pick up the "wrong" key from me and take it back to MBZ Marin. So that was kinda a hassle too Bec. I got stuck at home waiting for Ubers. And that's why I'm going to say that my overall experience was not good. Thanks for your attention. And pls excuse any typos.
We live Eliseo, he is the best thing about Mercedes of Marin and keeps us part of the family!
