When I booked the appointment I asked about the charges. I was told it would be $499. But when Steve annoounced the price he said it was $658 . It would be better, obviously, if the person who answers the phone gave accurate info.

He was by means a perfect gentleman & very knowledgeable of the car & the reason I was hearing the rattle. He did not dismiss me and took some time and checked all necessary items. I feel that Eliseo Estrada did a great job. I will refer to Mercedes Benz of San Rafael from now on.

I waited 90 minutes for a job I was told would take 45 minutes and was then advised the part was not available and I would have to come back!! They were kind enough to let me know that my car was cleaned. I appreciate this is a recall job but just not acceptable. I am rebooked for next week so will be trying again then

My left rear brake/ signal flasher light still doesn’t work after pointing out that it didn’t work after my last service. I guess no one checked to see if it was repaired. . No wiper fluid replaced. Check Engine light came on a couple of hours after I picked up my car. I think I have to come back to see why these things are happening. Not so happy.
