I was a little disappointed that my vehicle was scratched while being serviced. But my service rep, Angelo took care of it and had the scatches repaired. I was very satisfied with his prompt attention to the matter.
I signed up for a detail of the car following a great experience with this on a previous visit. This time, however, the detailing was a big disappointment. What I wanted was a complete clay treatment of the car. The entire roof area was not done and was rough to the touch. I pointed this out to another Mark, Mr. Greenblat had left for the evening, and he agreed to credit the cost of the detail. After leaving, noticed that interior; wood and metal trim, was smeared with conditioner. Also a bit surprised that I was charged to fill the wiper fluid, just filled it the week prior. It was only $11.50...but.
Angelo is very personable and makes me feel as though he cares about my car and me as a customer.
I do not believe that my certified pre-owned warranty claims were honored properly. At a minimum, the process seemed to be tilted toward the dealer more than when before the manufacturer’s warranty ended. It makes me question the value of the warranty and whether another Mercedes dealer would have handled things differently.
Mark is a professional. Always sound answers and does what he commits to. Always great to work with him.

Mark Freshet provides excellent service. My car had to be in the shop for an extended period for warranty and other service repairs He kept me updated with frequwnt phone calls and generously provided a loaner so that I would not be without a vehicle while my car was being serviced.
