After I dropped off my car I waited 25 minutes before I realized that Amelia was not going to talk to me about the service that I needed. I went up to the receptionist was very helpful and they assigned me to another service representative named Noah. She help me Start the process.

There are many reasons we purchased the car
at Mercedes of Marin, and why return for service, even though we leave almost an hour north and there is a local MB dealer.
Tony is an important one of the reasons.
Traci was extremely helpful and solved a time issue by stepping in and helping to get work done I was assured I wouldn’t need to wait for if I called two hours ahead, which I did. When I arrived, Elisio was on a break or at lunch or perhaps gone for the day(?) with no work order evidently set up. Traci was terrific. Though the work was more involved, and I subsequently left the car, Traci arranged for Uber to take me home and I picked up the car today.
Social
