Eliseo Estrada is a very knowledgable man and he takes the time to listen to you and not to just brush you off because you are a woman. He knows that some women “like some men” do know what they are talking about. It took 2 tries but this was not Eliseo’s fault. He took charge and got someone to listen to whatI was telling the tech and found out that I had a valid complaint and you guys fixed it (with a little help from a woman!). Thank you Mercedes Benz of San Rafael!
You guys “lost” my appointment and it took over 3.5 hrs for an oil change and inspection!!! Then I’m told my tread is half gone when I only have 10k miles!!!!! Either replace my tires now under warranty or get better service people who can mearsure tread!
He made an effort to get me taken care of rapidly; The job is completed just at the time he promised.
