Mark Greenblatt and the Service Department were perfect. My extreme dissatisfaction is with the “soft-close doors of my vehicle”. The rear seat passenger door closed on my right index finger and I could not stop it from closing on it. The injury was severe and required several immediate stitches on both sides of my middle knuckle and the finger still hurts when I use it such that I cannot even hold a coffee cup with it, despite the injury being 3 1/2 weeks ago. I strongly believe the softclose feature should not be an option offered unless it has pinchcontrol. It would have severed a child’s hand.
