MB of Marin has completely turned it’s customer service back around to the great service RAB used to have. I had stopped going to MB of Marin because of the terrible customer service, but I ended up back there with my new car, and I am happily surprised. I also purposely requested Tony, because he is a professional who puts you at ease. Keep up the great work! Thanks!

The communication was terrible. Also very disappointed with my car that has had a couple of major services and only has 51k miles. Probably won’t get another MBZ after driving them for 30+ years. Just not the quality I expect on all levels.
