I authorized further work to be performed on my car and requested a copy of the invoice on work already performed. I did not get an indication that further work would be performed while my car is in the shop nor did I get a copy of the invoice for the work already performed. Would it be possible to get the aforementioned answered?
Mark is great - this has ZERO to do with him. He is a top notch professional advisor and always a pleasure to deal with. My problem is with your price gouging. I understand AMG parts are not cheap, but I was blown away at the overcharge for brake pads and the quote for rotors and pads. I already have multiple quotes with the exact same parts for 30-50% less. I am having a hard time imagining using your service department if you can’t be more competitive on pricing. I’m very used to some markup from other dealers but I find MB of Marin to be routinely twice as expensive as it should be. Now that I’m out of my two included services will really have to take this into account.
