I arrived early for my appointment. I was not greeted by anyone. Ultimately I was taken inside and told that my representative would be with me. He was, but I did not leave the office until 45 minutes past my appointment time. The service was pricey to begin with, but we were to be charged $112.50 to rotate the tires even though they were already removed in order to replace the brake pads??? Not impressed with timeliness, service or professionalism.
From the time I left my car for service to end when I got my car back everything was excellent . Thank you to all the people that work so hard to do such a service
