I sent in my car to change all 4 tires and was expecting a call later in the day to confirm the tires that I wanted. Was called and agreed upon and said that my car needed an alignment service when 4 tires were changed, I said ok go ahead and do it. I came the next day to pick up my car because I was sent a text that it was ready. Alignment service was completely forgotten and now i have to comeback in a week’s time to do it. And i have commute from SF again.
Marc is a terrific service leader and customer interfaced. He is high integrity and transparency. Accidents by underlings happen.

For a dealership that advertises customer ‘s first this employee needs to step it up. No responses to voicemails and follow up on recent service. Poor overall and very disappointing.
