Eliseo is the Best person at Marin Mercedes. He is reliable ,conscientious,respectful and Always takes the extra step to insure the job has been completed thoroughly and that the driver will be safe. He is also helpful in any situation. This past week I had the need to call Mercedes road side. It obviously does not exist. I waited from 3:51 until 7:35 and was told they hoped it would not be more than another 60-90 minutes. I had to initiate most of the calls. Promised return calls were not made to me. I find this lack of service unconscionable. Since it was past everyone’s closing time I left an email for Eliseo who handled everything immediately the following morning. I cannot say enough for Eliseo. Nor could I say enough negative about Mercedes

I have been scheduled too many service appointments in a short time. Maintenance department/ receptionists scheduling appointments needs to coordinate better to not waste time of customers. I had higher expectations for Mercedes Benz...

First of all, when you call the dealer, they put you on hold for ever.
He did his best to help, one of the car keys doesn't work, they had my car all they, they could not figure that out the problem and want me to live the car with them for two days, I could not do that, they did not offer the loner car either.
