I didn’t like paying over $400.00 for a little bolt and wasn’t happy that it wasn’t covered under my warranty. That being said Noah was very courteous and professional and everything was fixed that needed to be so I guess I can’t complain.

I did not call to schedule my appointment. MB called me. A woman with a thick Asian accent scheduled my appointment and then contacted me because she had made an error and no loaner car was available on my original date. I scheduled a second date, assured of a loaner being available. I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to my appointment. I waited twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment to meet the service rep. No loaner car had been reserved for me. This is the third service appointment in a row where I feel I haven’t been treated as I expected. The last time I waited all day, only to be told at 4pm that I should cone back the next day. The service at MB has gone down hill significantly over the years and I can no longer be a customer at your dealership. I have bought 6 vehicles at this dealership over the last 7 1/2 years. I’m shocked that I am not treated as the valued customer I feel I should be. Nancy A
