All the services were not completed, communications on vehicle status and repairs was inconsistent and sometimes conflicting, and the car needs to be sent back into service after 15-days of service already.

Never found out the issue with my car. Why did the accelerator fail? What assurances do we have that it won’t happen again? Loaner car needed oil. Impossible to find a gas station that puts oil in a car. I have never put oil in a car. Have no clue how to do it. No loaner available. No one eve called the next day to tell me about a loaner. Had to hire an UBER to get to the dealer to
check on a loaner availability, because no one could be
bothered to respond to my messages inquiring about loaner availability. My advisor advised me he would be out the next day and that another advisor would call me. Never happened.
Is my accelerator going to fail again? Who knows?

I stopped there twice to do maintenance
Each time when they washed my car noticed scratches on my hood
I complained about it. They buffed it out and disappeared. However it makes me
nervous to take my car there again. I think that someone should addressed the issue with car wash personal.

Eliseo is the best service tech rep I have ever worked with. I am always completely pleased with his help when my car needs service, particularly when the issue is complex. He can clearly explain the issues, and the alternatives, and I very much appreciate that.
