traci was wonderful, helped arrange for a challenging pick up when it took longer than expected to find and fix ancillary issues. i have only praise for her. it’s the service side of things. always seems to take much longer than it one would expect. that is the frustrating part.

She is pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, takes charge and makes it happen. There was a mix up on my reservation and her ability to identify the error and fix it was one of those rare situations in business where you take the experience of a mistake and turn it into even more a positive than if things would have gone perfectly.
