The price of fixing the door handle on my car was outrageous. It reached 10% of the value of the car. You can buy a $35 kit on Amazon as opposed to a $1,200 charge by Mercedes.

An accidental service “issue” occurred but because of the amiable initiative and persistent diligent and generous intervention of Traci Crespo the matter will be fully resolved and my trust in and loyalty to the MB brand fully restored and even burnished. He did a great job for me. I was a traveler, needing to get home 5 hours from Marin, 101 highway. My check engine light was on. I was afraid to drive to a rural area not knowing whatthe problem was. I'm a fairly recent widow, driving alone. I needed to get home before dark.

Times for an estimate but she said not knowing

Provide an estimate. She also mention my car
Has two recalls but MB hasn’t sent the parts.
I left my car there at 11 am and didn’t get a call
Until about 2 pm. Noah said my car needed
Front brakes the the emergency brake needed
To be replaced for a total charge of 2500 plus
She told me the work needed to be done but
Didn’t give me the price until I asked. She sent
Uber to pick me up then when I got the she was
Gone. Very poor customer service. If I ever come
Back there again I will only deal with Tony. He has always
Been great.
