Drew was correcting a problem that should have been found and corrected when you had my car in your shop for 5 weeks. It was related to replacing the brake pads and discs, which was the first thing you did, so you had over 4 weeks to find and correct the problem. It was an obvious problem, as it showed up as a warning message on my dashboard every time I started the car. It did it before I left the dealership, but it was after 5pm. No time to fix it so I had to bring it back in, which is difficult because I live in Benicia.
Eliseo is the best. He is the primary reason why I have my car serviced at M-B of Marin.
Traci was great....good communication throughout the process and was prepared for my arrival both at drop off and pick up.
Angelo Gomez is always very professional and courteous. He made sure I had a good loaner car to drive while my car was in the service department and also reminded me that I should have my tires rotated. As a woman I don’t think about those things and it’s nice that the service representative is there to remind me when things need to be done to the vehicle.
