Noah was great. Service was great, informative and helpful. I was however, disappointed when I had called ahead a few weeks ago and specifically asked about the transmission service and was told it was $499.00. When I arrived for my service and the estimate for transmission service would be $736.32. Thanks

I was completely satisfied with Angelo Gomez, very professional. However as I mentioned in my previous comment the cupholder part of my inner consul was not replaced the door does work now but the cupholder piece was missing so that’s my only complaint, nothing against Angelo I think he’s great.

Steven was great. That said, the person who booked the appointment got it all wrong. We have two Mercedes which were purchased at Marin Mercedes and she picked the wrong car. I also asked for a loaner, she marked WAITING. It delayed my morning and I had to adjust meetings as a result.

I have strong reason to believe the Tech didn’t rotate the tires as per the service. The low PSI warning light came on just before bringing the car in for service. When I picked up the car the warning light came in 2 miles down the road with the same PSI readings. It would be prudent to run the tapes back to see if the tech actually. rotated the tires. No the end of the world but I like to know that service that is checked off is completed (Not to mention tire psi is supposed to be checked by law) . It creates doubt for all other work. Also, no PSI readings were recorded further adding doubt.
