Excellent service as usual.
As far as I can tell, the actual work on the car was done is fine. What I am not satisfied with is the communication difficulties with staff members. I called two days before my appointment to make the appointment. I was very explicit with the woman I spoke with about what I was desiring and when I would need my car back, etc. The morning that my car was received, I got a call stating that the work couldn’t be done because I needed my car back that same day. This is not whatI had discussed, and I ended up needing to be on the phone for over 25 minutes to get things handled on a day that I was traveling. It ended up being a very big stressor in my day. The fact that I couldn’t get a hold of the person who had been assigned to work on my car, nor could any one who answered the phone transfer me to someone who could help me other than her, seems like a significant flaw in your system.

Eliseo once again provided an outstanding service experience. It was easy to get an appointment and he listened to all my concerns. He gave me updates and clear explanations about what was done to fix them or reassure me that things were still functioning fine. A significant portion of my positive Mercedes Benz ownership experience has been from the service that Eliseo and Mercedes Marin provide. I wish him a happy holidays!
Mark Greenblat is a total pleasure to work with. He always makes sure things are taken care of and in timely manner. The best part is that he seems to do his job in a relaxed and friendly mood which is much appreciated. If my car has no further problems I will really be happy.
Had a good experience. Came in because of an airbag recall. Mark took great care of me and was super engaging. Great dude! Genuine!
My service agent left for lunch didn’t tell me she was leaving and didn’t provide for a substitute to let me know when the car was red. As a result I sat around and lost additional time.

2 appts for 1service. 1st time I came, waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. Approached the service desk & advised them
& I was then told Steve was running behind. Somebody should have mentioned that at Check-in. As no loaner cars available, my ride was waiting. When Steve finally did meet me, he told me Diagnostics was running behind so MB didn’t know how long they’d have car for. I rescheduled. 2nd appt. waited 10 mins for Steve, approached desk, was moved to Anthony. No explanation for Steve. NOT GOOD
