Anthony updated me throughout the day by text and voicemail which I appreciated. He was busy with another customer when I arrived to pick up my car and I was very well taken care of by Noah. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you

Noah did not give us updates making it very difficult to plan our day’s. She would promise to call and did not call. This happened Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Very stressful.
I love my car and have had 4 Mercedes in my life. But, every time I interact with your team, I rethink being a Mercedes customer. In Tracy’s defense, I was 10 minutes late to my appointment, which I apologized for. Once I got there, I sat in the chair at her desk for 5 minutes watching her talk on the phone. Then, once she was off, she let me know that she was in quite a hurry with me. She was rude, overly casual and condescending. Frankly, she talked to me like I’m an idiot, which I’m not. Then, once in the car, I realized that the adapter cord in the new A-series is different than mine so I asked the guy outside for help. He pushed me back to Tracy. She was helping another guest so I politely asked her if I could interrupt quickly to get the right cord. She told me “just a second” and then ignored me and left my partner and I standing there for nearly 10-15 minutes. She even went and got her next customer without helping us, mentioning that the guy she needed to talk to was in “the big bosses offices”. I watched 2 other employees talk to both of those men in his office. We just left since she wouldn’t help us.
While there, I had asked for my turn light signals to be fixed on my side-view mirrors. It had stopped working. She then texts me to explain what side view mirrors are, because I must not understand what they are. She suggests that I must have been confused. Again, condescending and extremly rude.
Then... I came back to get my car. She was so innappropriate.. trying to “buddy up” with me... literally nudging up to me to see what I thought of the new car. Again, acting overly casual.
Then, I get my car. You always wash my car for me. It came back filthy.
Overall, my consistent experience with your company and your people is shameful to the Mercedes brand. I’ll probably switch to Tesla. You guys really don’t deserve my business.
Excellent service this time. Past several times have been very frustrating.
He was responsive. He’s a texter but I never received a phone call from from my original 3 requests before working with him. While working with him no return calls, only short texts.

I have normally been matched with Eliseo, who has been excellent but who was not in on 11/29). Tracie, in his stead, had reviewed the records for the car and my note about tires; and she was thoroughly prepared. Tracie was completely helpful and delightful as well.
