You guys are overbooking . I came in for an oil change and left 4hours later. What express service? Yes there were a couple of things to add to the normal service but you presented those 2 plus hours after you had my car.
Unhappy with having to sit in the lobby for nearly 5 hours and unlikely to return.

I drop off my car 10:16 AM With the fob hoping to pickup my car around 2 pm.The lady called me after 2 PM saying she need a key to the car.I asked her to send the Uber to pick up the key but The Uber driver did not call me until 4:15 PM after I drop off my key to the Mercedes dealership myself I end up pick up my car around 6:18 PM. I was not Informed correctly! And I had spoken to three different people asked about what is happening about the car.
