The service to longer than quoted because of software download problems. You need to upgrade your WiFI connection.
Noah was very courteous when contacted bit was not proactive in any way. I brought my car in at 1050 am on Thursday and she said she would give me an update at the end of the day. I never heard from her on Thursday or Friday morning. I called around 1pm on Friday and left her a message. At 3pm, I called the main service number and inquired. It was only then that Noah called me back. Since I didnt have a loaner, I was very anxious to have my car before the weekend. She knew this as we discussed it when I dropped it off. She apologized and said she had been to busy to call me back. If that is the case, then Mercedes needs more reps.

The B1 service message was never reset in my car. I don't know why your service techs didn't notice the message was still up. I know the car didn't go in for a B1 service, it went for that service in 2019. I don't want to drive all the way back to Marin to reset the message, why do you keep forgetting to do this?

You took my car in at 9 one morning but no tech guy looked at it until the next day. Better to sync the appointments with available staff. Otherwise, all was good.
