It wasn’t Stevens fault. He was a gentleman and tried to help. It was the continuation of misrepresentation of what the car came with and the unwillingness to correct the lies by senior management apparently.

Replacement part was a wrong one This delayed vehicle back for one day. There is a failure in the system or in the chain Of the procurement that needs to be identified, Corrected and monitored that does not happen.or Doing nothing is a failure that can be repeated.

We came in today for tire pressure adjustment and broken screw for license plate. We were immediately greeted and both items were taken care of. The best part was the car was washed (did not expect that), which saved us going to our next stop which was the car wash. Thank you!
