Noah is absolutely fantastic in all areas and I have absolutely no complaints with her. The loaner car was perfect and again no complaints. My only complaint is with The estimate to reflect “what appeared to be labor only, and did not truly reflect the actual price of the service. Your estimate should include Labor and materials so there are no surprises at the end. We have been servicing our cars at Mercedes of Marin (RAB) for over 20 years, and I think Noah is one of our best service advisors

Steven was great in my time of panic! He made up for not having a loaner car by finishing my car WAY Quicker than I had thought it was going to be.
The process of booking an appointment was completely unsatisfactory. I was disappointed with the sudden change in policy regarding loaners during service and the fact that they are no longer available. I lease 2 cars and pay over $2000 per month and do not understand why you have decided the loaner program is no longer in effect unless you go through a lengthy argument. Hardly what I call a premium experience.
