The service on the car was fine. I took advantage of the Uber shuttle to my gym while they worked on the car. When the work was complete they sent an Uber to pick me up. After a 20 minute wait I got a text saying the car arrived. It didn’t and I got a text saying Uber canceled the pick up. I called the dealership and they sent another car. Again I got a text say the car was arriving. It didn’t and I got another text saying Uber canceled the pick up. I finally called a taxi and paid $25 to get back to the dealership. I wasted over an hour and was late to a meeting because of the delay. There was no apology from the dealership. Not good.
