He has consistently made sure that each client was completely taken care of, while at the same time making each client feels like a personal friend that matters. Noah is irresponsible. She was unable to meet promised timelines as well as charged me instead of the dealership that promised to pay for $1k in repairs. Then she had me get involved to micromanage payment from the dealership. Moving forward please give me a more responsible and accountable service rep. Thanks for your assistance.
