There were a couple of surprises, one initially I was surprised at the charge for them looking at the sound issue in the back rear but very appreciative when the gentleman decided not to charge me at the end. Also my car was never cleaned. Also it did seem to take quite a while but other than that everything else was fine. Thank you for your service.

Complete and total insufficient care. It’s like it’s a joke. The cat is back to you. They didn’t even check the issue. Is this a joke?! We already own an AMG63s and elected this car because of the ease of servicing together. Complete, professions mistake. Mercedes service was solid 4 yrs ago. Since - feels like going to the dmv.
