I am confuse my car reading said service D and when I looked at the bill yesterday it said service A. What’s Is the difference between service D and A??my concern is what does service D covers? What does service A cover? let me know.

That it took two days to do this job after waiting two weeks after ordering it is not great service
When I arrived at my appointment I waited for 15 minutes before I found someone who directed me to the service attendant. When I met him he was courteous and professional. Less than 24 hours after I had maintenance service an alert showed up on my car screen which said “engine oil, reduce oil level”. I called and waited on the phone for about 10 minutes and then I was told no one knows what that means. I was told someone would call me but no one did. So I am not sure if it is a serious concern or not. I hope someone calls me tomorrow.

The parts department informed me that the replacement of the missing C on the rear of my vehicle would occur with my forthcoming service. The parts department confirmed that information and the parts were conveyed to the service department. This was not completed. Additionally, my air conditioner was functioning when my car was delivered to your service department. I attempted to operate the AC after receiving my vehicle and it was not operational as before.
